There are 2 different password that are used in RADb. The RADb Portal Login Password and the Maintainer Password
This password will allow you access to the portal, but will not allow you to make any object changes.
If you are having issues accessing the RADb Portal
- Click the "reset password" link at the bottom of the RADb sign-on screen.
- Enter your email and a password reset token will be emailed to you.
If you do not receive a token within 30mins, please contact RADb Support
This is an administrator level password that allows the user to make changes to the objects stored in the maintainer.
- This password is used at the "Preview RPSL" screen.
- It can also be used when making object changes via email.
Please note: You can update your maintainer password in the RADb Portal under Account > Authentication if you have the existing maintainer password.
If you do not, you can email RADb Support from an active email account that is listed on the maintainer and they will assist in setting a new password.
